How do I know if an item is in stock?
The 'Add To Cart' button indicates the product is in stock. Monkey Caboose has a live inventory system so you can only add to your shopping cart items that are in stock.
How do I purchase an item?
Click 'Add to Cart' on the product you wish to select, to add it to your shopping cart.
To view the contents of your cart, click on 'View Cart' in the top middle of screen. Follow the prompts to 'Proceed to Checkout' and purchase your goods.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes, of course! We love gift wrapping and will do our best to make your parcel beautiful. However some products are shipped directly from the Supplier and therefore cannot be gift wrapped. You will be notified if your order cannot be gift wrapped.

PayPal allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards and bank accounts without sharing financial information with the retailer. If you select PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site (www.paypal.com.au) and can signup for an account if you don't already have one.
Please ensure you follow all the prompts in PayPal until you receive an Order number from Monkey Caboose, which means your order has been successful.

Please note that deliveries will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared which may be 2-3 business days. If payment is not received within one week, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
International Orders will be accepted from all countries supported by Paypal.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order has not already been posted you may cancel your order at anytime by calling or emailing us.
Returns & Exchanges
We will happily refund or exchange items that are unused, unworn and still in packaging with tags attached within 21 days of purchase.
Should you simply be changing your mind, you will need to post the item back to us at your expense. If the item is faulty, Monkey Caboose will post you a replacement once receiveing the faulty item back.
NOTE: Sale items cannot be returned, unless faulty, in accordance with manufacturer warranty.
FAULTY ITEMS: Please contact us before sending the item back, as the manufacturer may have a local warranty service close to you!
